They Weren't "Just a Pet." They Were Family

For Anyone Who's Lost Their Best Friend

What Would You Give to Hear From Them One More Time?

To see their face. To feel like they're right there with you again.

Dogs. Cats. The ones who greeted us at the door.

The ones who knew when we needed them most.

The ones we'd give anything to see again.

...CAN YOU RELATE TO THIS

You Know This Feeling...

The house is too quiet now.

You still glance at their spot on the couch. You still listen for their paws on the floor in the morning. You still reach down to pet them before you remember.

Everyone says "it was just a pet." But they don't understand.

They were there for you on your worst days. They never judged. They never left. They loved you unconditionally, every single day.

And now there's this silence where they used to be.

You'd give anything to see their face again. To feel like they're right there with you. To hear them say they're okay—and that you did everything right.

People Don't Get It

"It's just a dog..." "It's just a cat..." "You can get another one..." They don't understand that you didn't lose a pet. You lost a family member. A best friend. A piece of your daily life.

The Silence Is Deafening

No more paws clicking on the floor. No more excited greetings at the door. The house feels empty in a way you can't explain to anyone who hasn't felt it.

The Photos Aren't Enough

You scroll through hundreds of pictures. But they're frozen. They don't move. They don't look at you. They don't capture who they really were.

The Guilt Lingers

Was it the right time? Did they know how much you loved them? Did they understand why? The questions don't stop, even when you know you did your best.

...Imagine This...

What if There IS a Way To See Them Again...

No one can bring them back. But I can give you something I never thought would be possible

A video of your pet, speaking a message meant just for you.

Their face. Their expressions. Looking right at you.

Telling you they had the best life. That they knew how much you loved them.

That they're still with you.

Here's how it works: you share a photo of your pet—the one that captures who they really were. We write a custom script based on your memories, their personality, and what you need to hear from them. Then, using AI technology designed for exactly this purpose, we create something you never thought you'd have—a video of your best friend, speaking directly to you.

One photo. One message. One more moment together.

...SOMETHING TO CONSIDER

If They Could Talk...

"Wait—my pet can't actually talk. Isn't this... weird?"

We've spent our whole lives imagining what our pets would say if they could talk.

We grew up watching movies where they did—Dr. Dolittle, Homeward Bound, The Secret Life of Pets, A Dog's Purpose. We laughed at Garfield's sarcasm and cried when the dogs in All Dogs Go to Heaven found their way home.

We never questioned it. We never thought it was strange. Because deep down, we already knew—our pets DO have thoughts. They DO have feelings. They DO have something to say.

They know when we're sad. They greet us at the door like we're the best thing that ever happened. They protect us, comfort us, and love us without condition.

The only thing they can't do is put it into words.

That's where we come in.

We give your pet a voice. Not some generic, silly voice—a voice that matches their spirit, their personality, the way you always imagined they'd sound.

And we give them the words you need to hear.

"I had the best life because of you."

"You did the right thing."

"I'm still with you."

It's not weird. It's what we've imagined our whole lives.

Now you can actually hear it.

Beyond movies, we already KNOW our pets have rich inner lives:

• They sense when we're sad and come to comfort us

• They know when we're coming home before we arrive

• They protect children from danger (countless viral videos)

• They grieve when their owners pass away

• They remember people for years

• They dream (we watch their paws twitch)

• They have preferences, fears, and joys

• They love us unconditionally

Science confirms animals have emotions, memory, and complex social bonds. We're not imagining it. The only thing they can't do is speak in words.

That's what we give them.

Meet Peanut- age 8

Peanut was the kids' dog in every sense of the word.

She slept in their rooms, guarded their backpacks by the door,

...Imagine This...

Who Is This For...

If you're here, it's because you lost someone who can't be replaced.

See if any of these sound like you...

You Lost Your Dog...

Your constant companion. Your walking buddy. The one who was always happy to see you, no matter what kind of day you had.

  • The house feels empty without them

  • You still expect to see them when you come home

  • No one else understands why it hurts this much

  • You wish you could tell them one more time how much they meant to you

You Lost Your Cat...

Your quiet companion. The one who chose you. Who curled up next to you on the hard days and purred you through the lonely nights.

  • Their spot on the bed is still empty

  • You still listen for their meow

  • People say "it's just a cat" but they were so much more

  • You'd give anything to feel them curl up beside you again

You Had To Make The Hardest Decision...

You chose to end their suffering. It was the most loving thing you could do. But that doesn't make it easier.

  • You wonder if it was the right time

  • You replay those last moments

  • You need to know they understood

  • You need to hear that you did the right thing

You're Buying This As A Gift...

Someone you love is grieving their pet. Flowers feel inadequate. A card isn't enough. You want to give them something meaningful.

  • They've been heartbroken since their pet passed

  • You want to help but don't know how

  • You want to give them a moment of comfort

  • You want them to know that what they're feeling is real — and that it matters

Your Grief Is Valid

People who've never loved a pet don't understand.

They don't understand that your dog wasn't "just a dog." Your cat wasn't "just a cat."

They were the one who greeted you at the door every single day. The one who sat with you when you cried. The one who never asked for anything except your love.

They were routine and comfort and joy. They were 10, 15, 20 years of your life.

And now they're gone. And it hurts in a way that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't felt it.

Your grief isn't silly. It isn't an overreaction. It's love with nowhere to go.

And you deserve something that honors that love.

How It Works

Simple. Personal. Meaningful.

Step 1: Share Your Memories

After you order, you'll receive a simple questionnaire asking about your pet—their name, their personality, your favorite memories, and what you need to hear from them. Share as much or as little as you'd like.

Step 2: We Create Your Video

Using the photo you provide and everything you've shared, we craft a custom script and create a video of your pet speaking directly to you. You can review the script before production, or choose "Surprise Me" for the full emotional experience.

Step 3: Receive Your Moment

Within days, you'll receive a video you'll treasure forever. Watch it whenever you need to feel close to them. On their birthday. On the anniversary. On the hard days. Whenever you miss them.

...IN THEIR OWN WORDS

Hear It From The People Who've Experienced It

MARCUS T.

Lost his Dog

"I'm a grown man and I'm not ashamed to say this video made me cry. Rocky was my boy for 13 years. He was there before my marriage, before my kids, before everything. When he passed last year it hit me harder than I expected. My wife ordered this as a gift and I didn't even know what it was until I opened it. Hearing Rocky tell me he was proud of the man I became and to take care of the little ones- man. I've watched it probably a dozen times."

SOPHIA R.

Lost her Cat

"I lost my cat Mimi a few months ago. She was 15 and I'd had her since I was 12 years old. She was my best friend, the one I told all my secrets to.

I wasn't sure about ordering this because I thought it might be cheesy, but it wasn't. At all.

The script was so specific to us- it mentioned how she used to sleep in bed with me and how she'd sit on my textbooks when I was studying.

I don't know how they made it feel so real, but it did. I sent it to my mom and she called me sobbing. We both needed it."

TANYA M.

Lost her Cat

"I was embarrassed to even tell people how hard I was grieving over my cat. He got me through my divorce, two moves, and some of the darkest years of my life.

The video captured him perfectly. The script referenced how he always knew when I was having a bad day and would just sit on my chest and purr. I play it when I miss him the most.

I also bought one for my neighbor who used to pet-sit him. She said it was the most thoughtful gift she's ever received."

ELLIE S.

Lost her Dog

"People don't always get it when you lose a pet. Lola was my best friend for 10 years. I got her as a puppy right after college and she was with me through everything. Watching her get sick with brain cancer was one of the hardest things I've ever been through. She went from this goofy, full of life dog to barely being able to stand. And then having to make that call to put her down...it crushed me. You tell yourself it was the right thing, but it doesn't make it easier.

When I watched the video and heard her say she wasn't in pain anymore and that I did the right thing, I completely lost it. I didn't realize how much I needed to hear that from her.

The unexpected part was how much it helped my kids. My 3 and 5 year olds were devastated and didn't understand where Lola went. Watching a video of her talking to them, telling them she loved them and that she was okay gave them something I couldn't. They still ask to watch it."

JAMES & DANA W.

Lost their Dog

"We lost our golden retriever Bailey in October. She was only 9- cancer took her fast and we barely had time to process it. We ordered two videos- one for us and one for our daughter who's 11. Our daughter's video was everything. Bailey told her she was the best girl and that she'd always be right next to her, even if she couldn't see her. Our daughter watches it before bed sometimes. For us as parents, knowing she has that comfort means more than we can say. Worth every penny and then some."

CHRIS D.

Lost his Dog

"Not gonna lie, when my girlfriend told me she ordered a video of my dog talking to me, I thought it was going to be weird. But then I watched it. My dog Duke passed away suddenly, he was fine one day and gone the next. No warning. No goodbye. This video gave me the goodbye I never got. Hearing him say he wasn't scared and that he knew how much I loved him.. I needed that more than I realized. If you're thinking about it, just do it."

I Know You Probably Have Questions...

Here's The Answers

How does this work for pets if they can't actually talk?

Great question! We use AI technology to animate your pet's photo and give them a voice that matches their spirit—whether that's playful, gentle, wise, or goofy. The script is written based on everything you share about them, so the message feels authentic to who they were. Many clients say it feels like their pet is really there, talking to them.

Is this weird?

You've watched Dr. Dolittle, Homeward Bound, and The Secret Life of Pets. You've seen Boss Baby and Look Who's Talking. You never thought those were weird—because we already imagine what our pets (and babies) would say if they could.

This is simply bringing that imagination to life. A voice for the love they always showed you.

We understand this might feel unfamiliar at first. But every client who's received a video has told us how meaningful it was—how it brought them comfort, helped them process their grief, and gave them something to hold onto on the hard days. There's nothing weird about wanting to feel close to someone you loved.

What kinds of things will my pet say in the video?

That's based on what you share with us and what you need to hear. Common themes include:

• "I had the best life because of you."

• "Thank you for all the walks, the treats, the belly rubs."

• "I knew how much you loved me. I felt it every day."

• "You did the right thing. I'm not in pain anymore."

• "I'm still with you. Every time you think of me, I'm right there."

We also include personal details—their favorite spot, your special rituals together, the things that made your bond unique.

Some clients want something joyful and warm. Others need comfort around a difficult end-of-life decision. We tailor the message to what YOU need to hear from them.

Can you do any type of pet?

We specialize in dogs and cats, as the technology works best with these. We have done videos of bunnies and birds which have turned out great as well, as long as the animal has an expressive face and is looking at the camera. If you have a different type of pet, please reach out and we'll let you know if we can help.

What will my pet's voice sound like / Can I choose the voice myself?

Since our pets never spoke in human words, choosing their voice is one of the most personal parts of this process. We've hand-selected a collection of 12 AI voices — 6 male and 6 female — specifically curated for pet memorial videos. The voices range from sweet and youthful to warm and mature, so you can choose the one that feels most like them.

After you purchase, we'll send you to our private Voice Gallery where you can listen to each option and select the one that fits your pet's personality and spirit. This is your choice to make — nobody knows your pet's energy better than you do.

What kind of photo works best?

The better the photo, the better the video — so this part matters. Here's what to look for:

Your pet should be the only one in the photo. No other pets, no people, no hands holding them. When other subjects are in the frame, the AI can try to fill in or interpret the extra space, which can affect the quality of your video.

Choose a photo where your pet is facing the camera and their full face is clearly visible — both eyes, nose, and mouth with no obstructions. Skip photos where they're wearing hats, costumes, sunglasses, bandanas covering their face, or anything else that hides their features. A cute Halloween photo might be your favorite, but it won't give us what we need to bring them to life.

The photo should be clear and well-lit. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered images. Natural lighting works best. If the photo was taken on a phone, that's perfectly fine — most phone photos work great as long as they're not pixelated or taken from far away.

Vertical or horizontal orientation doesn't matter. Close-ups work well, and full-body shots work too, as long as their face is clear and easy to see.

If your only good photo has someone else in it, try cropping it before uploading so your pet is the only subject in the frame. If you're not sure whether a photo will work, send us your top 2–3 options and we'll pick the best one.

The most important thing: we need to clearly see their face. That's what the AI uses to bring them to life in your video.

Professional Photo Enhancement: We clean up and optimize your photo so the AI can create the most realistic video possible. This includes improving clarity, lighting, and removing any distracting elements from the background.

How long is the video?

Videos are up to 2 minutes long—enough time for a meaningful message without feeling rushed.

Can I order videos for other family members?

Absolutely — and most families do. At checkout, you can add additional videos for just $97 each. Every video features the same pet with a unique, personalized message written for a different person. Same pet, same love, different message for each person who needs to hear from them.

How long does it take?

Delivery times depend on how many videos you order:

1 video: within 5 business days

2 videos: within 7 business days

3 videos: within 10 business days

Your timeline begins once we receive your completed intake form and photo. Most orders are delivered sooner — we just want to make sure we get every detail right rather than rush something this important.

If you added the Rainbow Bridge Crossing Video (at checkout), that will be delivered alongside your main video within the same timeframe.

What if I'm not satisfied?

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. That's why we've built in safeguards to make sure you love your video before it's ever produced.

Here's how it works: Before we create your video, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve the script. This is your chance to request any changes—so the final message is exactly what you want. Once you approve the script and production begins, the video itself cannot be revised, because your approval signals that we're ready to move forward.

If you choose the "Surprise Me" option and skip the script review, you're trusting us to craft the perfect message based on everything you've shared—and we take that seriously.

If something is truly wrong with your video—a technical error or something that doesn't match what we discussed—please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. But because each video is custom-made using significant time and resources, we're unable to offer refunds simply due to a change of heart.

Our goal is for you to treasure this video forever. That's why we put so much care into getting it right the first time.

Lost someone you love?

We also create personalized memorial videos for the people you've lost — their face, their voice, their message to you.
